He is survived by: his wife Evelyne Carney (Bailey); his children, Robin Parmley and Tracey German (Jay); his grandchildren, Adrian Barnett (Samantha Carter), Jaquelynn Parmley (Josh Duncan), Bailey German, Hunter German and Aubrey German; his great grandchildren, Elijah Dean Demaree-Barnett, Keagan Barnett and Rosalina Duncan; and his brother Tom Carney (Alice).
