He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranson Turner, Jr. and Dixie Fugate; and his brother Larry Turner. He is survived by: his children, Eric Young (Heather), Cameron Turner (Cally), Cheyann Turner (Jadon), Chelsea Turner and Ashlyn Turner; his siblings, Josh Turner (Raquel), David Turner (Elisha), Ranson Turner III, Alex Fugate (Dianna), David Fugate (Kim), Susan Fugate-Meek (Gary) and Jolene Fugate-Frost (Jason); his grandchild Carter Young; and his sister-in-law Doris Turner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In keeping with state and local COVID mandates, masks and social distancing will be required.
