He is survived by: his wife Nancy West (Trimble) of Greenfield, Indiana; and his children, Susan Sternberg (Mark) of Greenfield, Indiana, David West (Karen) of Mississippi and Becky Gregory (Jimmy) of Greenfield, Indiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
