He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Burk; and his sister Katrina Burk (Fannie). He is survived by: his mother Rosalind Burk (Phares); his daughters, Chasiti Dusang (Joshua), Cori Burk (Dylan) and Caili Burk; his stepson Chad Cassidy; his siblings, Cindy Burk, Mike, Richard and Kevin Burk; his grandchildren, Adissyn, Kynleigh, Dixie, Waylon and Connor; his stepgrandchildren, Grayson, Avery and Rowan; and his aunt Martie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
