He is survived by: his wife Karen Holliday (Moore) of Greenfield; his daughters, Lori Cook (Mark) of Greenfield, Beth Holliday (Don McFadyen) of Danville, Gena Loggan (Ted) of Rush County and Trisha Seybold (Ryan) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Christopher Cook (Katie), Casey Cook (Chelsea), Amy McFadyen, Megan Neff, Briley Loggan and Blaine Loggan; his great grandchildren, Jase Cook, Roxanne Cook and Savannah Cook; and his siblings, Ruth Barnhart (Jim), Sue Holmes and Steve Holliday (Candy).
