He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lewis and Edna Lewis; and his friends, Ken and Sandy Sandifer. He is survived by:, Angie Martin (Jeff) of Mooresville, Indiana, Joe Sandifer (Kari) of Plainfield, Indiana and Matt Sandifer (Teresa) of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
