She was predeceased by: her husband Johnie; her parents, Clarence Apple and Chloie Apple (Mock); her brothers, George and Ross Apple; and her son John L. Hendrick.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley McDonald, Sandra Drake and Muriel Huber. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers , it was Eloise's wish to have memorial contributions made to the Alzheimer's Association.
