He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Veenhuizen (Reilly) and Jake Veenhuizen; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Sally Hurlbert; his children, Michael (Melissa), Jeffrey (Amy) and Mary Casebere (Ken); his grandchildren, Katie, Benjamin, Deklin and Kelsey; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Lanie, Dawson and Morrie; and his pet Bow.
