He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Linda Barnett and Fred Palmer; and his cousin Kory Emge. He is survived by: his parents, Annette Palmer (Holden) and Scott Palmer; his siblings, Draven Stafford, Trevison Stafford (Jasmine Barger), Savannah Palmer (Noah Elkaim) and Jada Palmer (Jackson Sample); his grandparents, Bill Holden (Penny) and Jan Dyar (Kevin); his aunts, Melinda Shoebridge (Don) and Jennifer Palmer; his uncle Bill Palmer (Wendy); and his cousins, Cierra Emge, Justin Messer, Jordyn Sturgill and Canyen Palmer.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in memory of Dylan be made to any National or State Parks.
