He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Cummings and Vera J. Cummings (Kaufman); and his wife Vickie Cummings. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Henson (Ryan), Colleen Cox (Alan) and Christine Bertram (Mark); his brothers, Larry Cummings (Bonnie), Randy Cummings and Aaron Cummings; his grandchildren, Zach (Danielle), Olivia (Justin), Savannah, Emma, Cassidy, Cooper, Casey, Kevin, Gabe and Carl; and his great grandchild Scarlett.
