With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Phillipy of Greenfield, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Phillipy and Agnes L. Phillipy (Shauman); her siblings, Nelson, Bob, Joe, Donald "Red" Phillipy, Lucille Bolinger, Betty Ege and Mary Jane Gearhart; and her grandson Patrick Curtis.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest Samuel (Pam) of Greenfield, Carol Jean Curtis (Larry) of Greenfield and James Richard of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, John Curtis, Chris Curtis, Gerri Ann Hoffman, Mike Phillipy and Chad Phillipy; her great grandchildren, Mitchell Heller, Justin Curtis, Katie Williams, Owen Phillipy and Charlotte Phillipy; her great great grandchild Audrey Williams; and her brothers, Leonard and Mack Phillipy.
