She was predeceased by: her father William Howard; her husband Donald Mayhew; her brothers, William and Frank Howard; her children, William, Esther, Edward and Dale Mayhew; and her son-in-law Stephen Holler.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Holler (Stephen), Donna Scott (Thomas), Delores Johnson (David), James Mayhew (Luann) and Ralph Mayhew (Trina). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
