He was predeceased by: his parents, John Austin and Mary Magdalene Houk; and his daughter Donna Houk Scott. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Houk; his pet Buddy; his children, Sherry Brokering (Jesse), Diana Winnett, Mary Lister and Timothy Houk (Margie); and his brothers, Austin Glen Houk and Danny Houk. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children or the charity of your choice, in honor of Donald Houk.
