He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Churchill and Ruth White (Knowles). He is survived by: his wife Debbie White (Breedlove); his children, Joey White, Matt White, Brian Breedlove, Michael Montgomery and Jacqueline Montgomery; his grandchildren, AJ White, Abigail White, Miranda Arthur, Malikai Montgomery and Marley Montgomery; his sister Donna Courtney (Tom); and his nephew Christopher Courtney.
