She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fowler Norris and Bina Belle Norris (Appleby); her husband Carson Blevins; and her sisters, Dalene, Laura Mae and Sylvia.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Gerald Blevins, Kerry Lee Blevins, Gary Dale Blevins and Janice Faye Miracchi (Blevins); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Adrian, Lisa, Michael, David, Aaron, Nicole, Bailey and Carson; her great grandchildren, Lillie, Lena, London, Damian and Asher; her sister Ruth Lollar (Norris); and her children-in-law, Ginny Blevins, Rene Blevins, Jean Blevins and Silvano Miracchi.
