He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Andrews (Putnam) and E. Forrest Andrews; his son Stephen Forrest Andrews; and his brother Roy Forrest Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Andrews; his children, Mark Philip Andrews and Julie Renee Andrews; his granddaughter Lauren Sharritts (Tom); his great grandchildren, Daisy Fletcher, Dylan Fletcher and Violet Sharritts; and his sister Carolyn Gibson.
