He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ventrice and Susan Bernice Carr (Eagle); and his brother Kenneth M. Carr. He is survived by: his wife Marijo Carr; his daughters, Wendi Palmer (Bill) and Kelli Silcox (Richard); his grandchildren, Canyen Benton Palmer, Grace Abigail Silcox, Lauren Ruth Silcox and Elizabeth Kate Silcox; and his siblings, Victor Carr and Linda Gunby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
