He is survived by: his wife Flossie Lipps (Bowling); his daughter Bobbie Jean Lipps; and his siblings, Ann Sester of Cumberland, KY, Tess Lipps (Barbara) of Manchester, KY, Clara King (Rob) of Greenfield, IN and Patty Cooper (Cletis) of Shelbyville, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
