He is survived by: his mother Marsha Lynn Fields (Frazier); his wife Brenda Fields (Norfleet); his children, Nikki Fields, Sarah Fields (Tim Apollos), Ronnie Fields and Zach Fields (Kaysi); his stepchildren, Carmen Norfleet and Korey Bowling; his grandchildren, Katelinn Dudley (Layne), Kirstin Cavaletto, Marcus Cavaletto, Charli, Christopher, Ravenna and Boston; his siblings, Rusty Fields (Ramona) and Brandi Wetli (Keith); and his close friend David Tanksley of Connersville, IN..
