She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Baysinger and Bonnie Baysinger (Hughes); her husband William Rutledge; her son William "Michael" Rutledge; her grandchildren, Jeremiah and Tabbatha Zapf; her siblings, Olivia Williams, Lucille Adkins, Patricia Kepner, Aden and Billy Joe Baysinger; and her stepson DeWayne Rutledge.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Burdine (Douglas) and Joseph Rutledge (Beth); her grandchildren, Michaelena Mays (Brian), Justin Rutledge (Tiffany), Andrew Rutledge, Bryan Rutledge (Brittany), Adam Rutledge and Tyler Rutledge; and her stepgrandchildren, Chuck Rutledge, John Rutledge and Lori Rutledge. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
