It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jo (Lawler) Hillis of Greenfield, Indiana, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lawler and Reta Lawler (Blattert); her sister Carolyn Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Janet Lawler. She is survived by: her husband David J. Hillis of Greenfield; her children, Michael Hillis (Ann Jean) of Riverside, Brian Hillis (Karen) of Yale, Michigan and Melissa Miller (David) of Greenfield; her brother Richard Lawler of San Diego, California; her grandchildren, Emily, DJ, Madison, Joe, Miranda and Colton; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Brian and Celeste.
