Anthony Mead Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Mead (Greenfield, Indiana), born in London, London, who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mead and Edith Mead (Gingell); his spouse Manetta Mead (Oliver); and his brother Rodney (Steve Tearman). He is survived by: his children, Angela Kent (Curtis) of Fountaintown, Brian Mead (Dana) of Waynesville, Craig Mead of Greenfield and Deanna Hobbs (John) of New Palestine; his close friend Janice Tearman; and his pet Sissy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Kenneth Butler Memorial Soup Kitchen 202 E. Main St, Greenfield IN 46140, or Hancock Health Foundation, 801 North State St. Greenfield, IN 46140 or envelopes will be available at the mortuary.
