He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Lacy (O'Connor). He is survived by: his father Richard L. Lacy; his brothers, Jeffery M. Lacy (Mary), Steven L. Lacy (Christy) and David P. Lacy (Carrie); his aunt Debbie Kendall; and his uncle William F. Lacy. He is also survived by 5 nephews; 2 nieces.

Due to the environmental situation of COVID, Andy's family has chosen to forgo having a public gathering for him at this time, but will be celebrating his life at a later date and time in the future.
