With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Eugene Rich of Greencastle, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Autry and Shirley Ann Rich (Mason); and his grandparents, William E. and Eula M. Rinehart. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette "Lynn" Rich; his daughters, Lindsay N. Slater (Tommy Chew), Megan M. Poole (Andrew) and Ashley B. Elder (Albert); his siblings, Timothy A. Rich (Cissy) and Gina R. Lewis (Chris); his grandchildren, Gage Slater (Hannah), Zion Slater, Andrew Poole III, Axl Mickey, Quentin Elder, Tucker Elder, Haley Herrod (Tanner), Abbigail Poole, Emma Poole and Charlee Poole; and his great grandchild Austin Herrod. He is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
