She was predeceased by: her mother Delta Tau Delta; her husband Jimmy Costin; her siblings, Mary, Barbara, Margaret, Joyce, Patricia, Eugene, Sanford, Carl, Charles of Paul, C. W., Howard and Richard; and her son-in-law Dennis Walkins.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond W. Hoover (Betty Andrews) and Jennifer Lee Watkins; her son-in-law Rob Costin (Tricia); her grandsons, Matthew Watkins and Andrew Watkins; her siblings, Robert Preston Kegley (Sylvia), Judy Willis (Jimmie) and Brenda Kay Schindler (Tom); and her aunt Linda Simpson (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
