He is survived by: his wife Kimberly S. Perkins; his children, Rian M. Perkins, Daryn M. Clifford, Marki A. Jared (James) and Jessi M. Faust (Kaden); his grandchildren, Matthew, Lillian, Nicholas, Eloise, Annabel, Skylar and Colton; his brother Daniel W. Perkins (Abra); his niece Laya; his nephew Cade; and his mother-in-law Frieda Pettit. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
