He was predeceased by: his wife Betty. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Kelly (Bob) of Lexington and Lynette Reed (Bill) of Fredericksburg, Virginia.. He is also survived by granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, Tom would have been happy to learn that donations were made to the Putnam County Community Foundation.
