He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois M. Webb and Vernon Webb; and his nephew Kameron Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Bray (Frank), Vicki Masterson, Verna Ryan and Vernon "Scott" Webb. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; and seven great-nieces and nephews.
