He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Jackson and Opal Jackson (Anderson); his son Michael "Mike" Jackson; and his brother William "Bill" Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Luella K. Jackson (Phillips); his sons, Steven Jackson (Kendra), James Jackson (Rita) and Mark Jackson (Brandy); his brother Robert "Bob" Jackson (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Tiffany Boswell (Trent), Randy Jackson, Lisa Oliver (Chad), Ashley Underwood (Colt) and Brody Jackson; his great grandchildren, Whitney, Sydney Boswell, Brookley, Khloe, Trace Oliver, Taylor and Luke Underwood; and his sister-in-law Barbara Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
