He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Phipps; his daughters, Sondra Clark and Crystal Clark; his siblings, Norman Phipps, Elsie Ooley, Carrie Hartman and Mary Ann Turner; his grandchildren, Amber, Marlena, Michael, Caitlin, Dakota, Cheyenna, Kaylee and Shelby; and his father-in-law Glen Leslie. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
