She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodie Baldwin and Maya Baldwin; her spouse Ora C. Turner Jr.; and her brother Dewey Baldwin. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Turner (Dixie), Timothy Turner (Brenda) and Brian Turner (Denise); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Christi, Trisha, Kelly, Austin, Steven and Hope. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Melba to the Humane Society of Putnam County.
