She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Tharp and Iona Tharp (Williams); her husband Marion "Midge" Goodman; her children, Lynn Winkler and Gary Goodman; and her siblings, Harry Tharp, Edna Roach and Faye Fulkerson.

She is survived by: her children, Vickie Smith and Larry Goodman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
