She is survived by: her children, Jeff Powers (Julie) and DeLinda "DeeDee" Arbuckle (Chris); her stepchildren, Bill App (Vicki) and Teresa McPeak; and her brother Jimmy Russell (Teresa). She is also survived by four grandchildren; six step grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
