She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Dennis and Irene Dennis (Russell); her former husband Paul E. Ball; her husband George R. Lively; and her siblings, Bobby Dennis, Gene Dennis, Ronnie Dennis, Betty Dennis, Deloris Sarris and Kay Landis.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Ball (Jacinda) of Greencastle and James Ball (Diana) of Geneseo, IL; her stepdaughters, Terri Lively of Bedford, IN and Brenda Shirley of Bedford, IN; her grandsons, Alan Ball (Carrie) of Greencastle and Jarod Ball (Michelle) of Port Byron, IL; her stepgrandchildren, Sherry Rottmann (Todd) of Zionsville, IN, Tonya Cook (Greg) of Batavia, IL, Trent Fleener (Heaven) of Trafalgar, IN and David Luttrell (Ginger) of Bedford, IN; and her siblings, Don Dennis of Linton, IN, Marilyn Allenbaugh of Linton, IN, Melba Gregory of Linton, IN, Pat Neff of Linton, IN and Judy Trinkle of Osage Beach, MO.. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
