He was predeceased by: his parents, Reva M. Bundy (Evens) and James L. Heller; his stepfather Earl W. Bundy; his sister Joyce F. Heller; his grandsons, Kasey Ryan and Kevin Riley Dunscombe; and his son-in-law Mark McPheron.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy G. Heller (Harmless); his children, Lisa (Heller), Frank O'Conner, Jr., Timothy Heller, Amy Heller, Buffy Heller-Taylor, Stacy McPheron (Heller) and Dustin Heller; and his brother Steven Heller (Cathy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, several sisters and brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
