In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Janice Kay leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Janice Kay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ashley and Yvonne Mitchner (Nelson); her husband Steven Russell; and her granddaughters, Krisaleigh Ford and Morgan Russell.
She is survived by: her sons, William Ford (Bethany), Jeremy Russell (Nichole), Stephen Russell Jr. and Mike Russell (Tammy); and her sister Sheryle Jarrett. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home (4 Percy L Julian Dr, Greencastle, IN 46135). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
