He is survived by: his former wife Judy Aikman; his children, Kevin of Vienna, Austria, Cindy Robinson of Valdosta, Kerry Aikman (Ron Michalak) of Minneapolis and Kurt of Carmel; his grandchildren, Emily DeCesare (Blake), Grant Robinson (Ali), Chloe, Henry Michalak, Emma and Michael Aikman; his great grandchildren, Adelynn and Parker DeCesare; his brother Mike Aikman (Shielda) of Terre Haute; and his nephew Mike Aikman (Rhonda) of Arthur.
