She was predeceased by: her parents, Penn Bower and Fannie Alphie Scott (Hart); her husband Keith Folck; and her children, Carolyn Girton, Larry, Donald, Dale and Joseph Folck.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Folck (Starlet), Ronnie Folck, James Folck and Linda Cox (Terry); and her sister Jerline Aylsworth. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
