With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ruth Nichols of Greencastle, Indiana, born in Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 9, 2022 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DeBorde and Minnie DeBorde (Livingston); her husband Cecil O. Nichols; and her siblings, Blanche DeBorde, Ralph DeBorde, Ray DeBorde and Eda Burns.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Childs (Mead) and Rita Nichols (Fred Wilbur). She is also survived by four grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
