He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Henry and Lettie Nora Guise Decker; his brother Harold; his stepdaughter Jaimi Kelly; his stepdaughter-in-law Donna Kay Cox; and his stepgrandson Cody Lee Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Donna F. Decker; his children, Steve Decker (Tara) and Susan Schlensker (Greg); his granddaughters, Jordan, Brooke and Stevie Decker; his stepson Bradley Cox; his stepgrandsons, Damon B. Cox (Jannllie) and Kyle Cox (Kayla); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Julian, Damon T., Elliana, Zaine, Patience, Emric, Kaid, Kinzer and Quincy Cox; his sister Marie; and his brother-in-law Bill Sweetwood.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Floyd.
