He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest O'Hair and Nettie O'Hair (Johnson); his siblings, Clarence, Jim O'Hair, Velma Dawes and Ada Craver; his great grandchild Theo George Purdue; and his former wife Mary Margaret Baird O'Hair.

He is survived by: his wife Judith O'Hair; his children, Lisa Ann Purdue (Pat) and Robert Wayne O'Hair; his sister Doris Smith; and his stepchildren, Delana Santo (Keith), Michael Roseboom (Jenny), Daniel Roseboom (Patti), Shari Ping (Steve) and Bill Roseboom (Holly). He is also survived by four grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; eleven step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
