He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eldon Henry and Mary Thelma Lewis (James); his children, Barbi Inman (Kenny) and D. Scott Lewis; his granddaughter Brooke Pennington (Nick); his great grandchildren, Chloe and Austin; his stepdaughter Pam York (Bob); his stepgrandchildren, Heidi, Tracy and Kevin; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Allen, Jessica and Paige; his brother Milton Lewis; his wife Janet Lewis; and his stepdaughter Karen.
