He is survived by: his children, Richard Smith, Melissa Johnson, Travis Smith, Adam Smith, Nick Smith and Alex Smith; and his siblings, Gary, Larry Smith, Pam Wolf, Patricia Smith and Loretta Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
