He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sue Fields (Farmer); his children, Leann Johnson (Fields), John David Fields and Rosemary Fields O'Neal (Mark); and his grandchildren, Thomas Beck, Christopher Beck (Jennifer), Suzanne Pettit (Donnie), Jonathan Steele, Jessica Watson (Brandon), Christy Fields, Amber Fields, Andrew O'Neal (Leisha) and Adam O'Neal.
