She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Scaggs and Minnie L. Scaggs (Blankenbeckler); her husband Russell A. Foxx; her daughter Deborah Skene; and her siblings, Burse, Glen, Arlie, Junior, Donald Scaggs, Anna Stringer, Mollie Robinson and Freda Foxx.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Foxx (Becky), Patrick Foxx (Pam), Sandra Rissler (Michael) and Cynthia Kittle; her sister Muriel Detro; and her grandchildren, Josh Faith, Chad Foxx, Sarah Kushman, Kristen Rissler, Ashley Lynn, Matthew Kittle, Brandon Foxx, Kelsey Rissler, Joshua Foxx and Amanda Johnson. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
