David Lee Hayes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Hayes of Greencastle, Indiana, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Ray and Laura Frances Hayes (Phelps). He is survived by: his wife Carol Hayes (Rising) of Greencastle; his children, Jason Hayes (Shanelle) of Lebanon, Thomas Hayes (Cheryl) of Rockville, Ephraim W. Hayes of Palm Harbor, Adam Hayes (Jennifer) of Filmore, David A. Hayes (Laura) of Westfield, Joshua I. Hayes of Plainfield and Lillie L. Hayes of Greencastle; and his siblings, Ray Hayes, Paul Hayes, Frances Stevenson, Catherine Gedert and Cathleen Hayes. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
