He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Wills and Margaret Wills (Allen). He is survived by: his wife Diane Wills (Smith); his children, Jim Riley (Jenny), Daniel L. Wills (Holly), Melanie Gaither (John) and Amber Needy (David); and his siblings, Christine Mutchler, Janette Deweese and James Wills. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
