He was predeceased by: his father Roland C. Neier; and his brother Horace Neier. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Short (Roy) of Clayton, Patricia Burnett (Tole) of Danville and Nena Price (Tom) of Brazil; and his half-brother Darrell L. Neier of Lafayette. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
The wearing of masks are recommended, but not required.
The family has asked that contributions be given to the American Cancer Society and/or the Alzhiemers Association.
