He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fiscus and Geraldine Fiscus (Cooper); and his brother Jeff Fiscus. He is survived by: his wife Renee Fiscuss; his children, Frank Porter and Cindy Fiscus; and his siblings, Phillip Fiscus (Nancy) and Melanie Burch (Eugene).
