She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Culbertson and Mildred Culbertson. She is survived by: her husband Phillip W. Frazier; her children, Tim Frazier (Manuela) of Hope and Julie Pinkerton of Cleveland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Casey Pinkerton, Charlie Pinkerton, Max Frazier and Meghan Frazier; her great grandchild Elise Frazier; and also, Paul Hicks and Debbie Weismiller of Tipton.
